We work closely with our clients to understand their vision and create a beautiful design. 

Once the design and glass colors are approved, we create your piece.  

STEPS

Step 1 - Create and approve design and glass, sign contract and secure project with 50% down

Step 2 - Cut, sand, and copper foil each glass piece by hand, to fit custom pattern

Step 3 - Tack solder cut and foiled pieces 

Step 4 - Build exterior metal frame

Step 5 - Solder frame to glass panel, and attach hooks 

Step 6 - Build up lead bead edge creating a beautiful rounded edge on both sides of the panel

Step 7 - Apply patina to piece, enhancing the look of the metal and let dry

Step 8 - Sign metal frame with  etcher

Step 9 - Hand polish panel to remove all residue and buff to final exquisite sheen
